Delete Account
OneSay:Notes offers optional sign-in (email, Google, or Apple). If you signed in, your notes are synced to our server and tied to your account. This page explains how to delete that account and all data associated with it.
Delete Your Account In the App
- Open the app and go to Me > Sync & backup.
- Tap the menu button in the top-right corner and choose Delete account, then confirm.
- Your account, all synced notes, and all associated server-side data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Delete Your Account by Email
If you can no longer access the app, email jakiemanus@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Deleted immediately: your account record (email, display name, user ID) and every note synced to our server, including text, checklists, sketches, photos and voice recordings.
- Deleted by you: notes held on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the local database, sketches and voice recordings stored on the device.
- Not retained by us: voice and text sent to the AI service (Alibaba Cloud DashScope) is processed for that single request and is not stored by us. See the Privacy Policy, Section 3.
- Kept as required: purchase and refund records held by Google Play / Apple are controlled by those stores, not by us, and are retained under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately from your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings — see Support.
