Delete Account
Easy Notes offers optional sign-in (email, Google, or Apple). If you use cloud sync, the synced notes and attachments are tied to your account. This page explains how to delete that account and its server-side data.
Delete Your Account In the App
- Open the app and go to Me.
- Tap your profile card, then choose Delete account in Account Management and confirm.
- Your account, all synced notes, and all associated server-side data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Delete Your Account by Email
If you can no longer access the app, email jakiemanus@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Deleted immediately: your account record (email, display name, user ID) and every note synced to our server, including text, checklists, sketches, photos and voice recordings.
- Deleted by you: notes held on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the local database, sketches and voice recordings stored on the device.
- AI requests: our authenticated proxy does not intentionally save the voice or text it forwards to Alibaba Cloud DashScope. DashScope handles that data under its own privacy notice. See the Privacy Policy, Section 3.
- Kept as required: purchase and refund records held by Google Play / Apple are controlled by those stores, not by us, and are retained under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately from your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings — see Support.
