Terms of Use
1. Service
Easy Notes provides note taking, voice input, drawing, reminders, local backup, optional cloud sync, and optional AI-assisted organisation. Some advanced features require a premium subscription.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and other content you create. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important content and for using the service lawfully.
3. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it from your store account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. Restoring purchases is available from the Premium page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account or our systems.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but network services, third-party providers, and device platforms may occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
6. Privacy and account deletion
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app or follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page.
